Howard N. Kenyon is a Founder in the Washington-Baltimore office. With a background in public accounting and internal auditing, Mr. Kenyon began concentrating his efforts on government contractors over 30 years ago.
After performing contract audits under contract for a U.S. Government agency, Mr. Kenyon began a career in providing services to government contractors after he recognized the dire need contractors had for assistance with every facet of their relations with government agencies and internal management of their contracts. |

Mr. Kenyon assists large and small companies engaged in construction, manufacturing, services, and non profit activities with accounting systems and indirect cost structures , compliance and procedural matters, converting default terminations to convenience terminations, government audit issues, profit and cash flow enhancement, damages quantification, and contract proposals. He has not only provided service directly to contractors, large and small, but has also provided services to attorneys in both the assertion of claims and defense of claims. His forensic accounting efforts have resulted in his testifying before various courts and boards as an expert witness in accounting and government contract issues. Mr. Kenyon has sought and usually found winning positions for clients through research and creativity.
