About K&F Consulting

K&F Consulting was founded in 1991 by Howard Kenyon and Gregory Fordham. Initially the firm served only the needs of Federal government contractors. Its clients were predominantly Fortune 500 firms performing prime contracts or subcontracts on large weapons systems such as naval surface ships and submarines or aerospace platforms like aircraft, missiles and satellite systems.

Although the firm's work typically involved damages quantification for changes, delays, terminations and compliance matters, it also provided consulting and design services in the areas of cost structure optimization, systems analysis and design, policies and procedure development to implement regulatory requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the various agency supplements, the Truth-in-Negotiations-Act (TINA) and the Cost Accounting Standards Board such as CAS Disclosure Statements and cost impact proposals.

K&F developed its advanced technology skills to facilitate the discovery and analysis of the extensive data created by the large contracts and program activities in which its clients worked. K&F's technology skills were not only essential in providing its high caliber services and work product but also in realizing a significant price advantage over its competitors as a result of increased productivity and efficiency.

In 2001 as a result of expanding market interest in computer centric litigation, K&F offered its advanced technology litigation skills for e-discovery and computer forensics to areas outside of the government contracts industry. As a result, K&F now applies its advanced technology and damages quantification skills to a wide variety of situations such as bankruptcy, trade secrets, labor and construction law to name a few. In each case, the firm blends advanced technology with reliable forensic techniques and industry related experience to deliver revealing analysis and innovative solutions at a highly competitive price.
