K&F Consulting Adds Exhibit Builder
To CMS E-discovery System

ATLANTA, Ga.-- K&F Consulting Inc., a leader in providing e-discovery and computer forensic services, adds Exhibit Builder to its web based e-discovery tool, the Case Management System (CMS).  Exhibit Builder lets users prepare the contents of their exhibit books for pleadings, motions, depositions and trial from within the web based e-discovery tool.

While many systems allow users to tag their discovery documents by subject matter topics, the use of those documents in exhibit books is usually performed in another application.  K&F’s Case Management System provides both capabilities without format conversion or data migration between applications during the iterative process of exhibit book formulation.

The CMS Exhibit Builder lets users move seamlessly between general document populations, tagged document groupings and prepared exhibit books.    In fact, Exhibit Builder lets users find, select, review and order the documents they want to use.  In addition, exhibits can be supplemented with annotations, slipsheets and other supplemental sheets having presentation notes or presenter instructions.  The completed book can then be downloaded for mass production and final binding.

Exhibit Builder extends CMS power and cost saving capabilities to another important part of the litigation lifecycle.  The on-demand web based system already incorporates early case assessment; attribute, search, performance and management analytics; non-linear review capability; numerous productivity features and a highly competitive pricing model. “E-discovery does not have to be like a hit-and-run,” says Fordham.  “We want clients to use our system to win cases and save money from early case assessment to final adjudication.”
