E-Discovery and Computer Forensics in
Covenants Not to Compete in Georgia
ATLANTA, Ga. -- K&F Founder Greg Fordham returns to present the e-discovery and computer forensics segments in Covenants Not to Compete in Georgia for Lorman Education Services. This will be his second year participating in this annual seminar that will be held December 10 at the Cobb Galleria Center.
The seminar covers the latest updates on restrictive covenants in Georgia, including the consequences of this years legislative changes and updates to the State Constitution.
Mr. Fordham's sections examine three key elements to e-discovery and computer forensic efforts in covenant related litigation including:
- The importance of performing a proper preservation and key elements to consider after this year's decision in Pension Committee;
- Using system metadata to find sensitive data that may have been taken by key employees and how to detect and confirm instances of spoliation after the fact;
- Using keyword search terms to find sensitive data and matching search tools to answering the proper questions.
