K&F's ESI Consulting service is part of the firm's e-discovery and computer forensic service offerings. It assists client management and their counsel in understanding the kinds of ESI available, its potential significance to different litigation scenarios, and developing the best litigation hold and preservation strategies, systems, polices, and procedures.
The service is directed at those organizations that are routinely involved in litigation and would like to make the implementation of litigation holds equally routine.
The service adopts a systems engineering approach to the design, development and implementation of strategies, systems, policies and procedures for:
