E-mail Optimizer

Utilize your E-Mail discovery to the fullest with K&F's E-mail Optimizer. With hash values determined by the E-Mail Parser, the E-Mail Optimizer allows users to tailor the selection method by which e-mails and attachments will be available for subsequent review.  Some of the options include:

• Unique across the entire project so that no message or attachment will ever appear more than once,
• Unique across individual time periods,
• Unique within individual mailboxes,
• Unique within individual mailboxes across time periods, and
• Final message in reply chain.

The results can be delivered back in a variety of formats and groupings to facilitate subsequent review.
