What is Metadata?

Metadata, a word that is brought up more and more. What is it? Where is it? How can you find it? These are questions that both attorneys and paralegals are facing. K&F Consulting’s one hour presentation will answer these questions as well as explain the different types of metadata and the ethical issues that arise when dealing with metadata.

One of the presenters is a K&F Consulting Co-Founder, Mr. Gregory L. Fordham. Mr. Fordham is a frequent writer and speaker on electronic discovery. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), Security Plus Certified, Microsoft Certified Professional, Stego and Live. In addition, he has testified as an expert witness in numerous state and federal cases about electronic discovery, computer forensics, and construction claims.

Another presenter is the Manager of Forensic Analysis at K&F Consulting, Todd L. Dietrich. With a decade of paralegal experience prior to joining K&F Consulting, Mr. Dietrich has writien and spoken on the subject of e-discovery to both attorney and paralegal proffessional groups. He is a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE).
