As part of the presentation participants will receive presentation slides and a 22 page narrative
discussing preservation of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). In addition, you will receive model preservation forms for both opposing side preservation and client preservation instructions as well as a sample questionnaire that can be used to identify the data that should be preserved.
The presenter is one of K&F Consulting’s Founders, Mr. Gregory L. Fordham. Mr. Fordham is a frequent writer and speaker on electronic discovery.
