Producing ESI Under the New Rules

The difference between producing electronic and paper documents is like the difference between the ax and the chainsaw-old vs. new technology.  In this presentation you will learn how to request electronic documents, the pros and cons between different document formats, and how to minimize legal review time in order to save more of the budget for good lawyering.  In addition , you will receive model requests for production of electronic data.

This one hour presentation outlines how to properly produce ESI to help you avoid sanctions and other unfavorable decisions. The presentation will cover:

I. Electronically Stored Information (ESI)

II. Accessible Versuses Inaccessible ESI

III. Discovery Done In Stages

IV. Increased Planning of the Discovery

As part of the presentation participants will receive presentation slides and a 30 page narrative discussing production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
